Booking an initial consultation is easy. Simply visit our homepage and fill out the 'Book Your Initial Consultation' form with your name, contact information, email, and a brief message. One of our friendly team members will get in touch with you shortly to schedule your consultation.
Support Coordination helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan. Our support coordinators assist you in navigating the NDIS system, connecting you with appropriate services, and ensuring you get the most out of your NDIS plan. They help you monitor your plan budget, establish Service Agreements, support your individual goals, and prepare for plan reviews.
Our support coordinators are experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in disability services. They possess the knowledge, skills, and clinical expertise to help you navigate your NDIS journey and achieve your goals. We service various locations including Gold Coast, Dubbo, Western NSW, and offer Telehealth options.
Our social workers are dedicated to maintaining and enhancing your quality of life. They can assist with therapy and counseling, complex problem solving, understanding emotions and behaviors, interpersonal skills and relationship building, self-management skills, career guidance and employment support, advanced care planning, adjustment to grief and loss, and navigating systems like Aged Care, NDIS, housing, and Centrelink.
